CORE - CORE is Lucy’s signature programme, for working towards your Comparison Free Life. Curated through 8 years of coaching training and experience, this is the process that Lucy takes her 121 clients through, for outstanding transformative results. For the first time, Lucy has packaged Core into a 5 part online training and made it available for a fraction of the price of a 121 session this year.
PIP - aka ‘Proof It’s Possible’! There’s a whole Core module revolving around this signature concept that Lucy coined. Based on Neuro Linguistic Programming, this concept encourages you to search out people who represent certain aspects you’d like to embody in your life, whether that’s their personality, achievements, or their vibe! The fact that the proof is out there for what you want existing, means that it makes feel all the more possible for you. Be gone, comparison! Hello, inspiration!
PPP - aka Prized Personal Pillars! There’s also a whole Core module on this. Another signature concept designed by Lucy, your PPPs represent the values you want to live your life by, to stop you from wandering into the trap of comparing your life to someones’ path, that doesn’t even align with your values.
Soul Goal - See Soul Goal module for a full description! A Soul Goal goes beyond a physical goal e.g wanting a house/car/dream career/dream partner and goes under the bonnet to discover what aligns to your true calling.
‘Daily Dip’ - A Daily Dip is a closed-eye meditation exercise, short enough to do daily. Simply press play, close your eyes and listen to Lucy’s voice. There are more coming very soon!
‘Monthly Topic Content Drop’ - This is our pre-recorded bundle of content; videos, written material and worksheets that goes live on the first Tuesday of the month. This includes x1 30 minute masterclass with Lucy + worksheet, a x1 30 minute masterclass with a guest expert + worksheet and list of recommended resources to compliment the monthly topic.
LIVE SESSIONS:
Soul Goal Activation Session - Our 2.0 30 minute version of our former ‘Goal Setting’ Sessions. These activations will be potent. Bring your Soul Goals to the session and break them down into deliverable actions to set for yourself - then get to work on them immediately after in our ‘Get It Done’ co-working session. Imagine what could shift in your life if you took action every week! Well, imagine no more, as we will be giving you close weekly accountability in our community group - to help keep you on track.
Get It Done Session - If you’re a self-professed procrastinator, this is a must! Our 30 minute Soul Goal Activation session is followed by a 30 minute ‘Get It Done’ Session. This is our name for our online co-working group session - Lucy will play some soothing music, we all declare a key Soul Goal action to complete in 30 minutes in the chat, then we all go to work on our individual tasks. This co-working technique is known as ‘body doubling’ and is a proven productivity tool. All the better if you have a bit of a bum-clencher task to get done that takes some extra courage, you can work on it, knowing that your fellow club members are all there on screen ready to cheer you on! We finish the session by sharing what we got done at the end. Everyone is always amazed by their productivity after!

EXTRA:
Vision Board - A vision board is a collection of images, either gathered online, or in physical form, to serve as a visual reminder of your goals - featuring scenes, photos, words, colours! Always nice to include a photo of yourself too, to get used to seeing yourself in the scene. We recommend the original approach of gathering/printing photos and glueing them to a big piece of card, or using a free app like Canva (available on your phone and desktop) to assemble your images into one place!
Journaling - A writing exercise, not to be confused with logging what you did that day in a journal/diary! Also known as ‘automatic writing’, journaling is a self-development practice where you ‘free write’ with no key goal, but to empty out your thoughts onto paper. The first few tries might feel strange, but stay with it. A recommendation would be to start by journaling for 5 minutes every day for a week and see how it feels!
IRL - aka In Real Life. You might hear this term thrown around here and then in our online club! As much as we all love to gather and chat in the group online, having some good quality IRL time is also important :)
‘True You’ - This is the most real, soulful and authentic version of you, no filters! The Soul Goal module features a meditation where you can connect with your unique ‘True You’ guide, to keep you deeply connected with who you came here to be. Think of this as your north star.
